Delivery & Returns Policy

UK Delivery

Please note we currently do not ship batteries or chargers outside of the UK, including the Isle of Man (IM), Channel Islands (GY,JE) and Scotland Postcodes (HS, ZE, KA27-28, KW15-17, IV41-51, IV55-56, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH41-49)

If you would like to order any of our water systems or components from outside the UK, or from any of the above postcodes, please contact us to organise delivery to you and provide you with a quote.

All orders, where the goods are in stock, will be dispatched the next working day.

Lead Time

Items with a lead time will be dispatched the next working day once received into our warehouse. (For example on our Forklift Battery Chargers lead time is a standard 10 working days). If one or more item is out of stock then all items will be sent out together when received into our warehouse, unless otherwise stated.

Orders will show as shipped on your order status once they have left our warehouse.

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail or Courier.

 

Returns

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if you wish to return an item we can accept it back for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date, please contact us before returning any goods.

Faulty Items

If the item is faulty you will be eligible for an exchange or refund at the price originally paid for the product.

Purchased in Error

If an item was purchased in error it must be returned in a re-saleable condition, unused and undamaged, for us to authorise a return. All relevant instructions and documentation must also be returned. For these items you will be responsible for the postage costs to return the items back to us. We take no responsibility for the item while in transit to us so we recommend that you use a trackable service.

Damaged Goods

If your goods have been damaged in transit to you please retain the packaging and contact us immediately regarding this.

Refunds

Upon receiving your goods back into our warehouse it can take up to seven working days to issue an exchange or refund. The refund will be made in the same way as the initial purchase.
