Water Injector Classic System

A single-point watering system for topping up industrial batteries quickly and consistently.

Once fitted to the battery, the operator connects a suitable water supply, opens the valve, and the system fills each cell automatically. As each cell reaches the correct level, the injector shuts off to help prevent overfilling.

The clear tubing lets the operator see water moving through the system, making it easy to confirm the battery is being watered.

Supplied as a Semi-Assembled system, which is finished on site and adjusted to suit the individual battery layout. Customers can fit the system themselves, or installation can be arranged through a Juice engineer if required.
