Juice embraces Lean journey

Following knowledge-sharing visits to some of the most forward-thinking organisations in the world of manufacturing and logistics, the team at Juice Energy is embarking on its own Lean journey, inspired in-part by ‘Two Second Lean’, by Paul Akers.

By embracing the principles and strategics behind Lean manufacturing, the Juice leadership team is committed to reaching new levels in both performance and service.

Juice Managing Director, Andrew Clarke said:

Whilst eradicating waste and optimising our systems and processes, fundamentally the Lean journey at Juice is about reducing lead times, reducing operating costs, and above all further enhancing the world-class service that we deliver to our clients.
