Join us for a practical, in-depth walk-through of how we run 2 Second Lean at Juice Stored Energy Limited.
Over the past two years, we have been deliberately embedding Lean thinking across our service-based organisation, with teams operating throughout the UK, Northern Ireland, and Europe. Our focus has not been on copying tools, but on shaping leadership behaviour, culture, and small daily improvements that remove friction from real work.
These Lean Tours offer an open, honest look at what we have tried, what has worked, and what has not. You will observe our daily routines, take part in conversations with our Managing Director, Andrew Clarke, and meet team members from across the business to see how Lean principles show up in everyday operations.
The session runs over approximately six hours and includes:
Arrival and morning meeting
Dedicated 3S (Sweep, Sort, Standardize) time
Open discussion with Andrew and the team
A guided Lean tour of our operation
Practical Lean tools sessions
Lunch and closing discussions, followed by ISO feedback and a team photo
At Juice, we believe that Lean is fundamentally a leadership responsibility before it is a team activity. For that reason, each visiting organisation must be accompanied by a senior leader or department head with responsibility for people, performance, and culture. Cultural change cannot be delegated. When leaders attend alongside their teams, they set the conditions for improvement to thrive.
Our goal is for you to leave with practical ideas, honest insight, and renewed energy for your own Lean journey, whatever stage you are at.
Tours are typically offered on Thursdays, starting from January 2026, on a first-come, first-served basis. The price is £99 per person, which includes certification on completion of the session.
Tea, coffee, and water are provided throughout the day.
